Having never used a realtor, I did not really know what to expect. I was referred to Melissa by a friend from work. Besides being an outgoing, easy to get to know person, she made me feel at ease in an unfamiliar situation. Melissa was very practical, knowledgeable & was able to provide a contractor who reasonably made necessary repairs to complete our sale agreement. Our buyer & her realtor were fairly difficult to deal with, but Melissa was able to negotiate and provide a favorable outcome for me. I have another property currently listed with Melissa and look forward to working with her and am confident of a positive outcome on this property as well. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for help in buying or selling a property. Nice lady!!

This was our first time selling a home, and my husband's job relocated us to Texas. Hiring Melissa was the best thing that we did. She made the transaction easy and it was comforting knowing that we had someone working for us. She had the house sold in under 30 days, and we are very satisfied with the offer and her dedication. She is very professional and has an extremely pleasant and cheerful personality. She was available whenever we needed her, and provided us with a lot of feedback from sellers and their agents to get our home sold. She is the best!!
